On the crashes, we are looking into some reports. Untouched tickets come to the top of the queue for action. Also, if you edit the ticket, it goes lower in the priority because it looks like things are happening with it. If you submit a ticket (best for problems around items, purchases, inventory, etc) it may take a few days for them to get to it, especially during a holiday event, but they do get there. A few of us cycle between here, Steam, the TW forums, etc, all day (better for technical problems).
